WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
Welcome to arbetsmiljö.com!
My name is Rachael Berglund. I am the founder of this company and have practiced as a health and safety expert for Sweden for more than 20 years. I am a fully qualified health and safety engineer and behavioural scientist. I am currently doing my PhD. The focus of my research is the organisational and social work environment and how to create positive change in the workplace.
I am a certified course leader in a number of different health and safety courses including the psychosocial work environment (in Sweden it is called Organisational and Social work environment), introduction and advanced course in Health and Safety and Mental Health First Aid.
